Shipping policy

Overview

All orders are shipped from the United States.
Processing takes 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment.

1. Domestic Shipping

  • Ships to verified U.S. addresses (PO Boxes by approval).

  • Includes $100 insurance; higher-value orders insured for full amount.

  • Once handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

2. International Shipping

  • Ships to over 180 countries.

  • Customs duties and taxes are not included.

  • A $2.50 handling fee applies to all international orders.
    If unavailable in your region, you may use forwarding services such as MyUS.com or Shipito.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated by carrier, weight, and destination.

  • Most U.S. orders cost under $10 (including handling).

  • Free shipping on U.S. non-POD orders over $75.

  • Heavy shipments over $25 may require confirmation before processing.

4. Local Pickup & Delivery – Springfield, MO

  • Local Delivery: $5 flat rate, Saturdays only

  • Local Pickup: Ready within 24 hrs (in-stock items), Saturdays 12 PM–2 PM CST

Orders not delivered within 60 days are eligible for a full refund.
