Overview

We want you to love your purchase. If not, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the conditions below:


1. Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery and received back within 30 days.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resaleable.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Report within 7 days of delivery.

  • We cover return shipping and will refund or replace the item.

3. Non-Defective Returns

  • Subject to a 30 % restocking fee.

  • Customer pays return shipping.

  • Refund issued within 3–5 business days of inspection.

4. Address Errors / Returned to Sender

If you entered an incorrect address:

  • You may pay a reshipping fee, or receive a refund minus original shipping, insurance, and restocking fees.

  • If the carrier loses or destroys the return, a 50 % store credit may be issued.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase due to varying production times.

6. Clearance, Coupons & Discounts

Clearance items are final sale. Return requests & Refunds are not accepted.

Coupon codes vary by campaign; website codes generally expire monthly.

Discounts/Discount codes can also vary by location and are not transferrable across ordering platforms/ locations.

7. Warranty & Timeline

Refund/replacement coverage lasts 30 days from delivery.

30-59 days may be accepted at our discretion.

After 60 days, refunds or replacements are unavailable.

Please also note that original shipping charges are nonrefundable. As a small independent business, the postage paid to ship an order is an actual cost that I’m unable to recover once an order has been shipped.

While larger retailers may be able to absorb those costs, unfortunately that isn’t something I’m able to sustainably offer.
